1. Get Your Rewards Code
When you make a purchase at Help For Fitness, you are automatically given an account and coupon code.
You must first complete a Help For Fitness order to obtain a Rewards code.
You will be sent your rewards code via email, and you can also access your rewards code by signing into your Help For Fitness account.
2. Share Your Rewards Code
Simply recommend Help For Fitness to new customers and share your Rewards Code with them.
New customers will receive an instant $5 off discount when they enter your Rewards Code in the checkout screen.
All new orders will receive $5 off.
3. Earn Rewards Credit (store credit)
After someone places an order using your Rewards Code, Help For Fitness will reward you by adding credit to your account. You will receive $5 Rewards Credit on the order subtotal when a new customer uses your code.
Your Rewards Credit will be applied to your Help For Fitness account, saving you money on your favourite supplements!
Your Rewards Credit will go into a 15 day pending period before becoming available for use. Once available, you can Claim Your Reward by simply emailing us: firstname.lastname@example.org
We will send you a Discount Code with the total amount of your Rewards Credit to be used on your next order. Easy!
How much will I earn?
You will earn $5 of the order subtotal for each new customer that uses your Rewards Code.
Every new customer that you refer that places an order using your Rewards Code, you will earn $5!
– Unused Rewards Credit will expire after 6 months from the date that you Claimed Your Reward. Please be sure to use your credit before they expire.
– Any misuse of the Help For Fitness Rewards Program, such as spam or fraud will result in immediate termination and forfeit of all accumulate Rewards Credits.
– Rewards Credit you earn does not come from the customers you refer. Help For Fitness has set aside a marketing budget to thank our loyal customers.

What are Rewards?
Rewards are accumulated when others use your Rewards Code to place an order. Rewards can be used towards purchased on HelpForFitness.com and will be paid out in a store credit. You will earn 5% of the orders subtotal for referring a new customer.
How do I get a Rewards Code?
You will receive a Rewards Code automatically once you have made your first purchase.
How much will I earn?
You will earn 5% of the order subtotal for each new customer that uses your Rewards Code. For example, if a new customer uses your Rewards Code and purchases the OxyShred + Acetyl L Carnitine + BUZZ Stack by EHPlabs at $159.95, you will earn $7.99. If another new customer purchases the same stack, you will earn a further $7.99 and so on.
How do I Claim My Rewards?
To Claim Your Rewards Credit, simply email us at email@example.com and we will provide you a discount code with the amount of Rewards Credit you have earned. You will have 6 months to use this credit.
What is the order subtotal?
This is the amount of the order after all discounts and credits have been applied. This does not include the shipping cost.

Why has Help For Fitness created the Rewards Program?
We appreciate word of mouth advertising and would like to reward and thank our customers for introducing their friends and family members to Help For Fitness.
Who can use my Rewards Code?
Your Rewards Code can only be used by new customers. If a customer has already purchased a product from Help For Fitness, they will not be able to use your Rewards Code. The system will detect whether the customer is a new customer or returning customer.
When will I receive Rewards Credit?
Your Rewards Credit will show immediately in your account as soon as a new customer uses your Rewards Code but there is a waiting period for you to Claim Your Reward. Your Rewards Credit will be paid 15 days after it has been received.To Claim Your Rewards Credit, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you a discount code with the amount of Rewards Credit you have earned
Why is there a delay in using my Rewards Credit?
Help For Fitness needs to ensure the transaction that your Rewards Code was used in is completed and delivered before paying out the Rewards Credit to you. A customer has 7 days to request a refund after the date of purchase, therefore Help For Fitness must ensure the customer does not request a refund during this time before paying out your Rewards Credit.
Will I still receive my Rewards Credit if the customer requests a refund for their products?
No. A customer has 7 days to request a refund after date of purchase. If the customer has used your Rewards Code and requests a refund, you will not receive Rewards Credit for the transaction. Please review our Returns Policy.
Do Rewards Credit expire?
Yes. Unused Rewards Credit will expire after 6 months from the date that you Claimed Your Rewards. Please be sure to use your credit before they expire.
Will I be making money off my friends?
No. Help For Fitness has put aside a marketing budget to pay for the Rewards Program. Instead of paying large Marketing firms, we give this to you.

Is my personal information safe?
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer to Help For Fitness?
No. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make or the potential credits you can earn. Help For Fitness does reserve the right to terminate the program at any time and in our sole discretion.
Can my account be closed or can I lose my credits?
Yes. Help For Fitness reserves the right to terminate any account and Rewards Code for any reason including but not limited to:
- Spam (unsolicited emails) indiscriminate advertising or unsolicited commercial emails is strictly prohibited. Any account receiving a maximum of three complaints linked to this type of behaviour is subject to termination, thus, forfeiting all accumulated credits.
- Intentional misuse of the program using more than two accounts
- Rewards Codes linked to fraudulent referrals and purchases.
